Prep For Mastering
Mix down your songs with about -3 to -6 dB of headroom. Don’t dither or convert the sample rate. Just leave it the same as what you mixed at. Don’t use any loudness maximizers or brickwall limiters to increase the volume. I don’t need it loud. Leave any plugins or effects on the Master Bus you feel improve the sound. If you’re not sure, just take it off. Fill out the contact info form and send us the .wav or .aif files* using the upload widget.
